Eiggy Rum
November 2019 taken whilst on a trip to the isle of Eigg with 3 other Landscape photographer friends. We stayed in Laig Beach Bothy for a week. The Bothy is virtually on Laig beach and is very comfortable. A really great place to get away from a busy life. Eigg is a 2-hour boat ride from Mallaig, you cant take your vehicle so be ready to walk. A short walk from the Bothy was a place called Singing Sands. Another beautiful sandy beach but with more rocks than Liag Bay. This image looks West over to the island of Rum as dark late afternoon clouds form ominously.
